How to Request a Return: Refund Policy

Welcome to our Refund Policy page! At our company, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. That's why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition. This means that it should be unworn or unused, have all original tags attached, and be packaged in its original packaging. Please remember to include the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating your return.

Please be aware that returns must be sent to a designated address that will be provided upon request. If we accept your return, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send your package. Remember, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

As part of our commitment to customer service, we encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped, contact us right away so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Keep in mind that some items are non-returnable. This includes perishable goods such as food and flowers, custom-made items, and personal care products like cosmetics. Additionally, returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted, and unfortunately, we also cannot process returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you're considering an exchange, we recommend returning the unwanted item first, and once your return is approved, you can then make a new purchase for the desired item. This ensures that you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

For our customers in the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, regardless of the reason. Just like our regular return policy, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If it has, you will receive your refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing may take longer due to banking procedures.
